Their desire is to corrupt all life and destroy the Light. The Void gods/lords are responsible for the Old gods scattered throughout the Great Dark Beyond on various planets, including Azeroth. They rarely take physical form as it is extremely difficult and requires the majority of their power. The Void gods and Void lords are one and the same, though there are lesser of them. A second was born of the alternate timeline's K'ure, a transformation which was initiated by Cho'gall deep within Oshu'gun on Draenor. The first, encountered by adventurers in the Sunwell, was born from a dying naaru named M'uru, and some parts of the naaru's form are still visible. They are gigantic and, unlike void lords, wear no armor. Void gods are the most powerful type of void creature yet encountered.

I also had 2 partially started area quests overlapping the Void Realm, which may have been somehow interfering. ( Note: I stayed in the Void Realm the full 60 minutes of the buff, killing Voidcallers and Void Lords and Xan didn't spawn. Xan does not aggro to you, so there is time to eat before the last fight.

Xan's health is midway between the Elder Void Lord's and the Elder Voidcaller's. These level 100 elites have to be killed until Xan randomly spawns. There is enough room to move around and target only the Elder Voidcallers. It has 1174 K health and takes much longer to kill than its counterpart in the Void Realm, the Elder Voidcaller, which has 204 K health. Comment by aph0tikzoneThis is one of the two NPC's that it is necessary to fight during the last phase of the Gara tame quest for Beastmaster hunters.
